A few years ago, when BHB was a mere twinkle in my eye, I spent an afternoon (one out of perhaps a hundred or a thousand) with a little ol’ research assistant called Google. I typed in the words ‘Creative Entrepreneur’ and lo and behold – the subject of today’s Inspiration Bomb popped up.

Lisa Sonora Beam is a writer, painter, nomad and a ‘creative entrepreneur’ (but not in a Donald-Trump-bad-hair way – Lisa has the opposite of a weird comb-over!). She is in the world doing good things – sharing wisdom, creating things, being amazing.

As luck would have it, I recently had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Lisa in person. And you know what happens when I meet incredible people: I interview them and share their smarts with you!

So go and pop the kettle on, make a cup of tea and immerse yourself in today’s Inspiration Bomb (I hope you gain as much from her as I have over the years).

Today’s artist is the divine Amy Constable from Saint Gertrude – Amy has red hair and ain’t ashamed to admit to owning a pair of Bubblegummers in the 80s. She also has a cat and a budgie and a daughter and a husband and she’s bloody great.
